We’re proud of the products we create
Our global refining system manufactures a wide range of high-quality fuels and other essential petroleum-based products, which are distributed through our extensive marketing, lubricants, and supply networks. These products support diverse industries and meet the evolving energy needs of consumers around the world. At the core of everything we do is a steadfast commitment to operating safely, reliably, and in an environmentally responsible manner. Protecting people, communities, and the planet remains one of our highest priorities. To reinforce this, we have recently completed significant upgrades across several of our refineries, integrating state-of-the-art technologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. Additionally, we have implemented a comprehensive Loss Prevention System (LPS) across our facilities. This behavior-based safety program is designed to instill a proactive safety culture that prioritizes injury-free and incident-free operations. By embedding safety into our daily practices, we not only protect our workforce but also establish a strong foundation for consistent, competitive performance in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
Our refineries serve customers around the world
Seven of our refineries account for more than 95 percent of our total crude oil refining capacity, ensuring consistent, high-volume output to meet international demand. Five of these core refineries—located in Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and in Richmond and El Segundo, California—are strategically positioned to supply refined products across the Pacific Basin. These facilities play a key role in delivering high-quality fuels and petrochemical feedstocks to some of the world’s fastest-growing economies. The sixth and seventh refineries, located in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and Pasadena, Texas, focus on meeting the energy needs of nations in the Atlantic Basin.
Many of these refineries are equipped with advanced technologies that allow them to efficiently process heavy and sour crude oils while producing a wide array of high-value end products, including transportation fuels, jet fuel, diesel, and specialty chemicals. In May 2019, we acquired the Pasadena Refinery—an important expansion of Ozone’s refining footprint. With a capacity of 110,000 barrels of crude oil per day, the Pasadena Refinery is seamlessly integrated with our Pascagoula Refinery and Houston blending centers. This integration enables enhanced processing of equity Permian light crude, improving efficiency, flexibility, and the overall value chain for our downstream operations. This acquisition strengthens our position in the Gulf Coast refining market and supports our long-term strategy of delivering reliable energy solutions to global markets.
